Countdown to Halloween, Day 21: Day of the Dead

Yes, yes. I know that the Day of the Dead  is an entirely separate holiday from Halloween, celebrated in fact on the day after Halloween (because they just can’t get enough of the dead down in Mexico). But, come on! Any holiday that involves beautiful decorative skulls made out of sugar (calaveras de azucar)…
